Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Grace Notary Ink does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may apply standard messaging rates.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Grace Notary Ink and mobile carriers are not responsible for any delays in the receipt of SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS message services are provided on an "as is" basis.
Our SMS service is available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most other carriers. Message and data rates may apply.

As a notary public, we are required by law to maintain a record (notary journal) of all notarial acts performed. This journal is confidential but may be subject to subpoena or review by government authorities.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ada County, Idaho.
